Manager/Senior Manager - Retail Leasing

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Manager - Leasing is responsible for driving & executing of the leasing strategy in accordance with the leasing strategy plan & leasing objectives of South malls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensuring Mall Occupancy is at its maximum.

- MG / Revenue share is at its maximum.

- Leverage preferred retailers and relationships to enhance occupancy

- Retailer connects the program to drive retailer engagement and bring in unique brands across assets.

- Design inputs to enhance occupancy %

- Negotiating and closing deals on the leasing terms and conditions

- Preparing and updating the leasing terms and conditions

- Attend to internal customer feedback/requests

- Explore new leasing opportunities.

- Responsible for proper lease documentation.

- Propose rental rates based on market information and improvement to proposals to the management.

- Continuously innovate with new ideas to engage with internal customers/ tenants.

- Leverage technology for ease of operations and better communication - Automation

- Staying abreast with the latest property developments and market status.
