Manager/Senior Manager - Renewal
- Conducting regular business reviews with the branches on a weekly and monthly basis including travelling to key offices in the Zones for conducting business reviews
- Close interaction with the ZM/CH for driving renewal business.
- Close interaction with the Underwriters to facilitate approvals/exceptions for driving renewal business
- Responsible for recruiting, mentoring and driving the renewal teams across the locations, engaging them for better retention
- Designing and rolling out campaigns for promoting renewal business activities across the company for key lines of business
- Closely working with the Operations team to achieve the following :
- Towards improving Renewal notice dispatch TAT for facilitating better retention
- Regular interaction with the Courier and other vendor to resolve/reduce issues relating to non-dispatch of renewal notices
- To co-ordinate with Sales teams and provide clarifications to the Ops team regarding generation/dispatch of renewal notices to the
Intermediaries on a time to time basis :
- To co-ordinate with Underwriting teams and Sales teams to provide the necessary clarifications to the Ops team regarding generation of renewal notices
- Maintaining Renewal Dashboard facilitating Renewal data/analytics access to Sales teams across offices
- Dissemination of Renewal related MIS on a daily and need basis
- Closely co-ordinate with the IT team to develop new systems for managing renewal business
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 7-10 years- work experience in General Insurance Industry. AIII/FIII qualification will be an added advantage
- Should have handled/driven renewal business for an large sized organization with more focus on Retail line of business for at least three years.
- Good Understanding of Retail based Insurance models.
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proven strong leadership abilities and analytical skills and proficient in MS-Excel
- Innovative approach/Ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to drive the teams and engage all stakeholders and to achieve the corporate business objective in renewals.
