Manager/Senior Manager - Regulatory Reporting & Capital Management - BFSI

Our client is one of the largest banking & financial services providers in the world. They are hiring a Manager/Senior Manager for their Regulatory Reporting team, who can drive all activities in that department.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Create and deliver projects & changes to the capital management & regulatory reporting areas basis business analysis, impact analysis & system analysis.

- Prepare multiple reports /documents for business requirement, test strategy while performing UAT & delivering change outcome for regulatory reporting.

- Liaise with different stakeholders like banking product team, technology team, etc., to perform change implementation while complying with applicable rules and regulations of the company.

- Manage and overlook a team and their performance, while being responsible, to hire, retain & develop key finance professionals for the domain.

- Develop content on banking products to effectively manage change while managing high quality results.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Minimum 8 - 15 years of experience in Regulatory reporting & Capital Management with change management exposure.

- Minimum Qualification - Post Graduation / MBA in Finance.

- Strong understanding of financial reporting, change management, BASEL II/III and RWA.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

- Knowledge in MS office.
