Manager/Senior Manager - Regulatory Compliance - Insurance

Our Client - Leading Insurance Company, based at Mumbai is having below position open:

- Need people from Insurance and Law firms- having experience of Regulatory Compliance & AML

Job Purpose:

- To implement and maintain the Regulatory Compliance framework at the Company. Further this role implements procedures to ensure that timely decision is provided on Regulatory concerns raised with regards to insurance business sourced by our agents and intermediaries while simultaneously also addressing concerns raised or interpretations required by other functions.

Accountability:

- Evaluate and assess business procedures and make recommendations to ensure organization meets the prescribed regulatory and statutory norms

- Implement procedures to ensure regulatory and statutory obligations are built into agreements entered with our intermediaries and referral agreements

- Evaluate and implement Regulatory framework for Licensing of Corporate Agents & Referral applications

- Implementation and maintenance of Legal and Compliance Management Portal

- As Risk champion for the function, evaluate information submitted during Audits and Inspections conducted by regulatory and statutory authorities
