Role : Manager/Senior Manager
- Handling complete life cycle of recruitment from opening requisition to bring the person on board.
- Understand and analyze the requirements in different skill set categories for the Business units.
- Prioritization of requirements and strategy layout to be adopted. Preparation of a defined action plan with timelines.
- Source, screen and shortlist profiles through internal and external vendors.
- Vendor Management.
- Build an active real time database -create, update and maintain it through sourcing and networking.
- Induction & Joining formalities for new joiners, including joining forms, sending documents for background checks, bank account opening etc.
- Preparation of weekly MIS reports for Team's status on Hiring and preparing Team dashboards
- Maintaining overall annual Hiring database for the Team, Provisioning for the Vendor payments, Provision for Referral payouts and Cost per Hire calculations.
- Worked on referral programs
- Handling IJP's.
- Should have experience in Leadership Hiring
- Should have BPO/Ites Experience.
