Position Summary:
The Manager / Sr Manager - Recruitment will be responsible for leading the recruitment process across various functions and levels within the organization. This role involves sourcing, hiring, and internal recruitment while ensuring the effective implementation of talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, particularly within the FMCG, dairy, agri, or retail industries, and will be proficient in managing job portals and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions across different functions and levels.
- Internal Hiring: Manage internal job posting programs and reference schemes to facilitate smooth transitions and career development for employees.
- Manpower Planning: Participate in manpower planning and support HR projects to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain recruitment analytics and Management Information Systems (MIS) for tracking and reporting recruitment metrics and performance.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Implement and refine corporate talent acquisition approaches and tools to enhance recruitment effectiveness and align with organizational goals.
- Job Portals: Utilize and manage job portals and other sourcing platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
Qualifications:
Should be Graduate or MBA with 8 to 12 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the FMCG, dairy, agri, or retail industries.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with MIS and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
