REPORTING TO : Associate Vice President / Senior Associate Director
QUALIFICATION :
Master's in Management/ Finance/ Economics and/or CA/CFA certification
Master's in Architecture/ Urban Planning/ Housing / Civil Engineering
CTC : 12 to 16 lacs

SKILLS:
- Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Market Research, Feasibility studies, Demand-Supply analysis, Highest & Best use studies, Financial Modelling, Detailed Project Reports
- Should have evaluated Residential, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, warehouse, and alternate asset classes (education & health care). Evaluating new markets and asset classes for advising to the clients.
- Financial Modelling, Report Writing, Presentations
- Communicate effectively to Clients, Internal Stakeholders across all levels of management
- Balance multiple projects and responsibilities
ROLE :
- REAL ESTATE ADVISORY ASSIGNMENTS - Execution and Supervision of real estate advisory projects (Market Research, Feasibility Studies, Location Advisory, pricing Strategy, Product Mix Strategy, Business Plan formulation) across Residential, Office, Retail, Industrial & Warehouse sectors. Undertake site visits, market research, stakeholder interactions with Real Estate Developers, Marketing Agents, Government bodies, Occupiers, End Users, etc.
- GOVERNMENT ADVISORY - Experience in responding to RFPs, preparing bid proposals, Experience in executing Detailed Project Reports, Techno-Economic Viability Studies for Government projects, Client management and interactions with Government bodies.
- EXPERIENCE IN WORKPLACE STRATEGY AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT will be an advantage. Undertake Workplace Strategy development and implementation projects, which will require an in-depth understanding of workplace strategies, their history, their enablers, and the issues that surround them. Developing client-based Change Management Strategies employing situational awareness of workplace change and human capital impacted by the change
- Being abreast of the real estate market happenings in the region; Undertaking internal (within company) and external networking including but not limited to identifying potential opportunities for assignments/mandates
- Business Development -Support business development activities along with reporting Manager, to source assignments and managing clients

a) Supervisory & Execution of Projects:
- Lead project and/or plan, supervise assignments of subordinates/ Execution of Projects
- Provides expert inputs to subordinates & co-workers on assignment completion
- Provide support for undertaking business development for the region by supporting the Region Head and Practice Heads

c) Subject Knowledge:
- Comprehension of Real Estate Market Dynamics - specific to Chennai and Generic comprehension of other major cities in South India
- Ability to comprehend & analyze econometric models for industry assessment
- Requires advance knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Ability to conduct complex financial analysis including the preparation of reports.
d) Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to understand the advisory business quickly and market it appropriately
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
- Requires advance analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.
- Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations of significance achieve client satisfaction.

- Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI etc.) and Internet navigational skills.
