- Leader Overall New Product Development Life-cycle from Concept/Ideation to Mass Commercialisation

- Co-ordinate along with relevant Cross Functional Teams across geographies across over various organizational initiatives

Description :

- Leader Overall New Product Development Life-Cycle from Concept/Ideation to Mass Commercialisation

- Work along with various ingredient manufacturers and flavour houses to drive innovation lifecycle and renovate existing product portfolio

- Work along with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Procurement among others

- Implement Process Excellence and best practices within team

Profile :

- The ideal candidate would have a Masters Degree in Food Science and 8-12 years of Product Development Experience in food B2B/B2C

- Prior Work Experience of working in Manufacturing/Quality roles in the Plant

- Confectionery Experience would be desirable
