Job Description :
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Works with Ops Leads, Operations team and customers to design, implement Quality Check Policy and Process for all operational activities.
- The Digital tools adoption to ensure adherence of adoption plans to the QC framework
- Track and report adoption program status and usage status on a regular basis to leadership
- Identify potential risks to the success of a QC Process adoption and address the same energetically by involving the right partners at the right time
- Working closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements & digital solutions across the business or organization.
- Build detailed communication plans and work with significant communication and design teams to deliver impactful creative output, and ensure timely adherence to those plans
- Work with Global QC Lead person and ensure standardization of Quality Check process implementation and improvement, digitization of QC Process.
- Work with Operation leads to improve quality of FMEA Risk and Controls for India
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Six Sigma Quality Black Belt or qualified CA with 8-12 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics optimize Operations
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Proven understanding of BPO Operations concepts in area of I2P, R2R, O2C, Invoice Exceptions, Tax processes, key controls, and ability to manage a large team in a remote environment
- Exposure in a large scale, complex Retail environment with an understanding of business life cycle
- Passionate about solving problems, and tenacity to develop ideas in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - ability to interact with and influence global audience
- Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results
- Open minded with ability to encourage people, question status quo and challenge the team to do better everyday
- Attention to detail, ability to connect the dots and ask intelligent questions
- Familiarity with latest technologies used in I2P, R2R, AR processes and application thereof will be a big plus
