Project Support Manager - Clearing & CMS (M/SM)
- Opportunity to work closely with the Process Head and Country Head for Clearing & CMS.
- This is a central role necessitating close interaction with Technology/ Operations & Service Delivery/ Marketing/ Strategy teams of the Bank, besides continuous engagements with Business RM's and Product Sales Managers
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall conceptualization and implementation of full range of projects/initiatives happening under Clearing & CMS, which will be achieved through proper design, documentation and making appropriate recommendations that will positively impact Operations Group's offering to internal and external customers
- Evaluation of initiatives identified by all functional units under Operations Group and conversion to Project mode in case of a valid business case
- End to end review of the existing process and to identify efficiency improvement areas to pace up with the ever changing market and business requirements.
- Evaluation of all the inter-dependencies between various departments within Operations and Bank as a whole for the l initiatives converted to Project mode
- Assist the concerned Project Manager in effectively managing all Operations Projects
- To review, write and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to projects/initiatives
- Understanding, maintaining and developing Operations existing systems and must have a global picture of all initiatives happening under Operations
- Key contributor in the project implementations under operations.
- Ensure effective Internal Control systems are in place and related procedures/ techniques are developed & implemented so as to minimize credit, regulatory and other operational losses
- Product and Process Knowledge in the Domain (CMS & Clearing)
- Understanding of All risks associated with a transaction viz Product, Process, Legal, Ops, Transactional Credit
- Knowledge dissemination and training to team
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Must have :
- Minimum of 2-3 year experience in handling projects or relevant functional experience acquired through a career in Banking
- Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging Industry practices when solving business problems
