Title- Manager/Sr Manager (PAN INDIA)
Principal Responsibility:
- Approach Specifiers /Influencers /HNI for system product approval .
- Project mapping and order closures.
- Analyze Competitors products, Gather extensive market information on both the products.
- Conduct market mapping and analysis of market information to identify products- growth possibilities and opportunities for new products.
- Gather information on competitors- strategies for their products with respect to price, promotions; compare and analyse with strategies.
- Close coordination with Branding Team and agencies for promotion tools like Brochures, catalogue preparation for the
- Continually assess System Integrators and train their team at equal intervals to increase sales and project execution and profitability.
- Close coordination with BU for quality assurance of the product and compliance with company policy, also share customer feedback on applications and performance.
- Planning, allocation and management of Advertising budget for the products.
- Any other activities/jobs assigned by the VP - Sales and Marketing on a daily basis.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of AUTO CAD for system Design
- Able to read and access electrical drawings and offer a competitive offering Vis-a-vis competition .
- Strong computer skills(Excel and PowerPoint)
- Basic design and process knowledge of ERP (Oracle)
- Cross functional knowledge and experience
- Good Geographical knowledge
- Good Communication skills
Formal Education:
- B.E. (Electrical/Electronics ) from a recognized university
- MBA with specialization in Marketing from a recognized institute
Additional Position Specification:
- Relevant work experience in the field - 8-12 years
- The candidate must have good technical product knowledge /Competitior product knowledge and people management skills
- Must have good communication and language (English, National and Regional) skills
- Must be able to build good interpersonal relationships
- This profile involves travelling.
- Must have good negotiation skills and persuasive skills.
- The candidate must have a basic understanding of Financial Management
