Manager/Sr. Manager - Project Management

- Pursue new projects with current clients. Work to establish a strong, positive reputation so that current clients will recommend and refer new clients.

- Define the job scope, prepare proposals, and plan the oral presentation of the firm's technical qualifications to do projects. Maintain an active marketing effort with current, former, and referral clients.

- Maintain regular contact with assigned clients through direct calls, meetings, and/or written reports to communicate progress, resolve problems, and to assure client satisfaction with the work.

- Prepare the project cost estimate and conduct the contract negotiation with current clients.

- Responsibilities included stakeholder management, resource management, requirement analysis, coding, mentoring, performance & appraisal.

- Directing end-to-end delivery of the program, meeting internal and external objectives pertaining to: Estimation, Risk, Scope, Time, Resource, Quality, Change Management, contract variations and additional services. Value-adds, continuous process and productivity improvement and expectation management of team.

- Resolve any technical, scheduling, billing, staffing, and/or quality issues that have been raised by the client.

- Representing the organisation, engage with the Client's Leadership Team and provide Solutions and services offered by the organisation.

- Building continuous pipeline by engaging with prospects, partners, and key clients

- Manage all escalations with precision.

- Create & manage project plans.

- Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.

- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives.

- Deliver and install staffing solutions.

- Help project team with the design and development tasks.

- Lead process of issue identification and resolution

- Manage risk tracking process.

- Monitor and manage project scope.

- Manage all project documentation.

- Work on multiple projects within the company's project portfolio simultaneously.

- Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders and sponsors.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Candidate should Experience of 9-12 Years into Project management & Experience in SDLC both Waterfall & Agile.

2. Expertise in preparing in RFP & RFI

3. Experience in preparing SoW documentation.

4. Excellent communication skills.

5. Confidence.

6. High energy levels.

7. Willing to travel if required.
