Manager/Senior Manager - Project Finance - Infrastructure Sector - Bank

A Leading bank is looking to hire a candidate with experience in project finance for the Infrastructure sector.

Position Responsibilities :

- Assisting the team in pitching, ideation deal execution

- Independently managing deal execution at senior levels

- Adherence to defined timelines for delivery

- Lead the execution of Project Finance mandates across Telecom, Media and Technology sectors

- Developing project finance models and carrying out detailed sensitivities on key parameters

- Candidate should have familiarity with India's regulatory framework for the relevant sectors (Power, Roads, Airports, etc). Should have interest and motivation in developing a long term career in Project Finance

Required Profile :

- CA from a reputed firm /MBA from a premier Institute

Work Experience : 3-4 years with a Project Finance of a premier Bank or FI.

Experience should cover : Term sheet development and negotiation, modelling project cash flows and sensitivity analysis on key parameters, preparing information memorandum, anchoring due diligence by lenders advisors (technical, commercial, legal), resolving due diligence issues, answering queries during syndication process, legal documentation, disbursement
