Manager / Sr. Manager-Project Coordination-Transmission Line
We are looking out for a Project Coordination who can contribute in an individual capacity for one of the best Power Transmission line company.
Education: BE
Experience: 08 to 12 years.
Skills:- Project planning and monitoring.
- MS Office, MS Projects / Prima Vera
Area of responsibilities:- Compile all the data for job allocated from Tender dept.
- Prepare salient features & project synopsis for the contract.
- Review the contract & identify the project milestone
- Prepare high-level project plan until project completion.
- Prepare & submit the initial documents such as Safety, Quality manuals.
- Coordination with all in-house depts. for timely submission & supply and for various project aspects Engineering, Finance, Despatch, Logistics, Commercial etc.
- Coordination with client / consultants for all contract issues & approvals.
- Coordination with site team for developing site plan & progress plan.
- Timely submission of all documents to customer for payment realisation
- Achieving Target as per AOP, Timely Billing to client, Timely Reporting, invoice realization
- Ensuring timely supply of Transmission Line Towers at multiple project sites.
- Addressing all Site issues on Supply & Commercials
- Ensuring projected cash flow is maintained from customers on various projects
- Addressing all documentation part required at sites and customer offices
