We are looking for Mgr / Sr Manager (Manager Programmatic Operations) ) for Gurgaon office of the client

The details are as follows-

1) Client - Leading Digital Media Set Up

2) Location- Gurgaon

3) Position- Manager/Sr Mgr - ( Programmatic Operations )

4) Experience- 3- 8 years in Social media Operations with a Digital agency/Relevant experience

5) Qualification- Graduate

Manager Programmatic Operations

- The incumbent function as the key internal point of contact for day-to day campaign operations: tactical design, pacing optimization, analysis, reporting, billing and related campaign duties

- Combine media market & technical knowledge, data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate and optimize complex campaigns to meet client objectives

- Develop best practices and processes for delivering mobile advertising campaigns

- Become an expert in the use and best practices for the portal and multiple Demand Side Platforms, offering insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through deep use of each platforms functionality

- Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry and mobile media market dynamics

- Serve as subject matter expert and assist in managing and training of junior managers, analysts and operations specialists to foster their analytics and campaign operations skills

1) Campaign Planning & Execution

- Consult with Client Services regarding development and alignment of campaign parameters

- Manage insight into delivery and performance implications of campaign constraints

- Design media and audience tactics to maximize economic outcomes within campaign limits

- Implement campaign architecture for optimum tactical execution of each campaign

2) Campaign Operations Mgt

- Monitor and control media spend for a portfolio of campaigns to ensure on-time and complete delivery of advertising impressions and budgets

- Ensure all tactical media plan requirements are correctly implemented in portal and consoles

- Track, measure, and analyze all campaign activities and drive resolution of delivery and performance issues

Campaign Optimization

- Execute day-to-day delivery management across all campaigns and supply sources

- Develop and implement strategies & tactics to maximize efficiency of media spend

- Analyze performance of campaign tactics and iteratively refine targeting and yield controls to drive increases in performance

Skills & Qualifications

- 3 to 6 years of experience in programmatic experience (Publisher, Agency and/or DSP/SSP) digital marketing with a leading online advertising agency, network, advertising exchange or optimization firm

- Experience with yield optimization through a bid management platform such as SEM preferred

- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data

- Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies

- Familiarity with creative testing, media formats and digital/mobile technologies

- Expertise in working with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks & aggregators, ad servers, and/or other optimization platforms

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, basic Javascript, and other digital/mobile advertising technologies

- Experience with statistics and related analysis methodologies

- Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results

- Microsoft Office fluency, including Excel pivot tables & chart making. Experience with MS Access, VBA/Excel Macros, SQL, SAS or other data manipulation tools a strong plus

- Desire to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done

- Eagerness to get hands-on to figure out how things work

- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly

- Excellent listening, presentation, verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative environment

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with DSPs, Agency trading desks and other buying platforms that are increasingly being given more responsibility and control over digital ad budgets for display and video. Analyze, negotiate and execute private marketplace and programmatic campaigns.
