- Define and execute the Alternate Channel strategy for our fast-growing business, by identifying key Alternate Channels which can fuel the business growth by building foothold in Modern trade outlets, leveraging in-shop demonstrators, building alliance with potential partners, establishing critical internal and partner relationships, and driving adoption wide array of Channels (internal & External). Along with this, strategize, design, coordinate and manage pan India marketing communications.
1. Strategic Alliance management with proven track record of winning strategic customers/signing strategic long-term partnerships, upselling and cross selling our product and can think strategically and analytically about the business, product, and market opportunities and challenges.
2. Ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-functionally
3. Serve as a key member of Sales business development team, helping to drive overall co. strategy and business growth by expanding our partner ecosystem.
4. Identify, rationalize and define target market segments and channel strategy for co.
5. Define the business model, product offering, engagement process and support/operations model to drive channel adoption and business growth for each segment & channel
6. Build scale into the business development function by collaborating with internal stakeholders (Marketing team, Regional sales) to develop joint business plans with coherent messaging/positioning for sellers/partners.
7. Identify specific prospects/partners to approach while communicating the specific value proposition for their business and use case.
8. Build and execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial programs.
9. Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption customers.
10. Develop communications campaign for promotion and dissemination of corporate and marketing content
11. Understanding sales and brand drivers in different channels to drive reach & visibility
12. Manage team of trade marketing executives pan India
13. Planning and execution of loyalty programs for trade partners/FOS and aligning them to business goals.
14. Developing and executing Giveaways & Merchandise for the team
15. Creating & Monitoring Building level Launch programs along with the field team
