Client : Large Private Bank
Role : Manager / Sr Manager
Key Deliverables :
- Product / Sales Management of Bank's outward remittance channels
- P&L responsibility for outward remittance products - analyse product performance for short and long term strategies;
- Leverage various online sourcing channels and strategic partnerships for new customer acquisition;
- Leverage business intelligence capabilities of the Bank and implement customer life cycle management for customers - newly acquired as well as existing, for inducing transactions and minimizing attrition;
- Exploring, conceptualizing and building new product propositions;
- Leverage customer touch points and fulfillment units to build excellence in customer relationship management through standardized process and quality service across all channels of customer interface;
- Stakeholder management with regular engagement and influencing
Person Requirements :
Qualifications : MBA with minimum 1 years experience in product management / sales / business development - preferably having managed a retail (online) product
