Manager/Senior Manager - Procurement - Manufacturing Plant

Looking for Manager/Sr. Manager for one of the largest consumer durable company. Position is based out of Hyderabad manufacturing plant.

Position Title: Manager/Sr. Manager - Procurement

Key responsibilities for this role include: -

- Accountability for Market Procurement performance.

- Defining and deploying the market procurement strategy, performance objectives and targets in alignment with stakeholders.

- Interface with all Market level stakeholders on all procurement related topics for services products and materials.

- Ensure adherence in procurement process and policies in the market in line with standards with a key focus on cost efficiency.

- Vendor Management & vendor development.

Desired candidate profile: -

- Preferably - MBA with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

- Manufacturing or Engineering industry experience including creation and implementation of sourcing strategy.

- Expertise in negotiation with commercial/analytical & engagement skills.

- Should have strong leadership skills along with services and delivery experience.

- Strong relationship management skills.
