Responsibility:

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of onboarding new vendors to support the organization & procurement needs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, and vendors, to ensure that vendors are successfully integrated into the procurement ecosystem. Your role will involve evaluating vendor capabilities, assessing compliance with company policies and regulations, and facilitating the necessary documentation and approvals to establish vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Person with detailed understanding of P2P process.

- Responsible to deal in Vendor Onboarding process

- Responsible for liasioing with Legal/Stakeholder and Supplier for vendor agreement facilitation and closure.

- Responsible for all pre-requisite required to Onboard a vendor including Pre-

- Compliance check on vendors.

- Candidate with clear understanding of various tools like SAP/TAP etc will be added advantage.

- Facilitate vendor registration and setup in procurement systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of vendor profiles and master data.

- Develop and maintain standardized onboarding processes, procedures, and documentation templates to streamline vendor onboarding activities.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors during the onboarding process, providing guidance, support, and timely updates on onboarding status and requirements.

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, fostering collaboration and communication to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

- Coordinate cross-functional communication between internal stakeholders and vendors to address questions, resolve issues, and facilitate timely approvals. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the vendor onboarding process, leveraging technology, automation, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
