Qualification: Graduate BE BTech MBA with LSS BB Certification
Job Requirement:
- 12-18 Years' experience in process improvement function
- Good understanding of the BFSI domain along with skills to enhance the process performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills
- Hands on EE implementation knowledge on RPA and Digital technologies
- Should have good understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts
- Hands on knowledge of Minitab R software
- Intermediate expertise in MS office tools
Job Description:
- Identify process improvement opportunities develop plan to execute Lean Six Sigma projects in consultation with Delivery Leads
- Work with Delivery Leads to quantify gains conduct feasibility studies assist business case preparation and support deployment of Automation opportunities
- Program management of high impact organization wide program for TCS and for Clients
- Support in new process Transition and ensure timely deliverables as per Transition plan
- Participate in Consulting and Due diligence projects as per opportunity
- Facilitate Agile Way of Working Culture within Delivery Organisation
- Create re-useable Assets in form of Case Studies and deploy Knowledge Management practices
- Support in Transformation Solutions build for RFPs and RFIs
