- Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution offering, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods deliverables and the right collection of offerings
- Collaborating as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal groups
- Creating a customized value proposition for customers in the fields of Enrollment & Billing, Claims, Customer Service
- In-depth Knowledge and experience in supporting the US Healthcare industry
- Must have experience in Healthcare within Presales / Operations / Quality / Transition / WFM, etc.
- 12 to 15 years of BPO experience with 5 years in Presales and 4 years in Healthcare space
- Should have understanding of various pricing models/ benchmark prices and industry benchmark metrics prevailing in the Healthcare BPO
- Excellent communication skills- oral, written and Presentation skills
