Responsible for all HR Operations for the plant.
Compliance
- End to End Plant HR/ER related operations including manpower planning & availability, plant level factory & labour law compliances, employee training & engagement activities, ensure 100% employee involvement, timely career progression and increments. Plant administration including Security & housekeeping, etc.
- End to end plant P&A operations including White & Blue collar hiring, compliances, Training activities, Contract Labour management, Liaisoning, employee engagement activities and system/customer audits.
- Full time MBA/MSW/LLB
- 12-15 years of experience
- Manpower handling experience - 500-1000
- Good communication skills
