Candidate should be post graduate in HR.

Must have handled IR at plant level.

A mature individual with good understanding of relevant statutes

Must have dealt with govt. labour machinery, local leaders and union.

Should have good experience in engaging employees with large scale interactive communication and tactful handling of issues.
