Experience 6 to 14 years of relevant post-MBA experience of working in Life sciences, Pharma, or relevant consulting background.

Industry experience in atleast three/four of the areas listed -

- Pharma Business analytics and MIS

- Manufacturing Domain

- Supply chain - Procurement and inventory management

- Sales Force effectivenes

- Strategy and growth, RnD effectiveness

- Business development (sales and marketing), Market assessments

- Go to Market, Analytics

Consulting experience in atleast three/four of the areas listed -

- Business transformation

- Business process Re-engineering

- Business systems

- Market assessment, Strategy and Business planning

- Sales and Marketing improvement / transformation

- Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management / transformation.

Essentials Skills:

- In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment

- Professional network and networking skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Good leadership qualities

- Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts (if with relevant consulting experience)

- Program management, multi-tasking and time management skills

- Good experience in business development

- Excellent people management skills

- Sharp focus on quality delivery

- Ability to develop / customize solutions relevant to client

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point

Job Role - Client service delivery/execution:

Academic Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background
