Hiring Manager/Sr Manager Performance Marketing- Global Tech Startup headquartered in Singapore.


What are you expected to do?

Optimization :

- Be a pro in all types of large scale campaign planning & optimization available on facebook ads manager Google adwords i.e lead generation, app installs, YouTube Ads Promotion, Traffic Generation, website clicks etc.

- Are a go getter and have hands on experience in one of the attribution tools i.e. AppsFlyer, Branch.io, Adjust.com etc. and track and monitor campaigns via Appsflyer.

- Provide reports which include ad spend, CPA, and ROAS data as well as creative direction for clients.

- Work with a team to improve internal processes and work with the design team to coordinate graphic design project

- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.

- Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

- Testing variations of ads to determine best performance and continuously monitor results and improve ads.

- Report results of Facebook Campaigns, Google Adwords and manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.

- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.

Definition of Goals :

- Run B2C campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager & Google Adwords

- Demonstrate ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail, Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically

- Oversees a team of Digital marketing, email marketing & ORM executives that lead the creation and execution of strategic deliverables.

- Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization of performance marketing metrics that correlate to business.

- Use data and analytics to drive excellence across all acquisition channels; design and develop reports and dashboards to analyze, forecast, track and communicate key metrics.

- Drive digital marketing efficiencies through continuous communication testing, trying different formats and platforms

- Research competition, investigate and set benchmarks and deliver on strategies for improvement.

Controlling :

- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with objectives across different channels and segments, creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign. You are expected to be able to monitor/track all the campaigns performance through one of the attribution tools.

Marketing measures :

- Work directly with business teams to develop and execute omni channel campaigns leveraging email and paid strategies. Curate insights from FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads manager and other analytics platforms

- Working in Facebook campaigns, you think creatively and devise digital strategies to make sure marketing campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible.

- Responsible for building and managing client Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager accounts.

- Work within client budgets to achieve phenomenal results.

- Developing the overall funnel strategy for clients to ensure both the ad account and website are optimized for the highest conversion rate possible.

- Installing and managing Facebook pixels, creating custom audiences and lookalike audiences, building out campaign frameworks inside ad accounts and writing ad copy that drives conversions

Are you an expert in these capabilities?

- 3- 4+ yrs of relevant experience in Performance/Growth Marketing (Candidates having worked in tech/product/edtech companies preferred)

- Should be pro with dashboard making

- Should be pro with creative and content thinking for different types of campaigns

- Experience in handling large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance.

- Must possess strong knowledge of Facebook ads, Google Adwords, SMS, & email marketing

- Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail

- Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically
