We have a HR position with a Bank in Kolkata in their Performance Management team.
Grade: Manager / Sr. Manager
Location: Kolkata
Key Deliverables:
- Working on setting up a Performance Management System with clear guidelines and processes
- Engaging with key stakeholders on performance parameters and measures
- KPI / Goal setting for various departments and divisions
- Driving the assessment process in a timely & effective manner
- Working with business & HR team to make process changes / improvements as required
Requirements:
- MBA HR with 4-6 years of experience. Banking HR experience is a must
- Should have clear understanding of various roles & responsibilities in a Bank
- Should have gone through atleast 2 Performance Management cycles in a Bank
