WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance management and 7-9 years of relevant HR experience
- Candidate should have extensively managed end-to-end performance management and related processes (such as 360, promotions, goal setting, performance improvement plan execution, etc.)
- The candidate should have the expertise to build an environment/culture where individuals feel free and safe, are encouraged to share and receive feedback, and managers feel compelled to deliver high-quality performance feedback to employees
- Candidate should have technical depth on performance management concepts, principles, and modern performance management tools/platforms
- The ideal candidate must have expertise in data management and presentation skills
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills, necessary project management abilities, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across geographies while working on parallel projects and milestones
- Candidates with COE (Centre of Excellence) role experience and team management skills will have an added advantage
- Candidates who have had the exposure to have built/re-built the performance management system are encouraged to apply
