Payroll & Statutory:
- Responsible for the monthly payroll process and ensuring accuracy and proper reports for payroll related.
- Handling and completing the various audits.
- Generate payroll reports and forward to the Accounts for timely payment as well as to the managers/management as and when needed for decision-making.
- Study and adhere to payroll policies and procedures and comply with relevant laws.
- Preparing of Full & Final settlements for resigned employees.
- Handle employee grievances about salaries as well as other issues.
- Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with upcoming changes in statutory ordinances and government requirements.
- Maintaining statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Leave, PT etc. & timely payments before due dates.
Required:
- Candidates must have experience in the Manufacturing Industry
- Age upper limit 36 years
