1. Payroll and compliance
- Ensure smooth processing, ensuring accuracy, and meeting timeliness in Payroll Management
- Ensure providing monthly timely payroll inputs Excelity
- Manage HR provisions & budgets for compensation, benefits, and variable incentives payouts
- Provide timely inputs for actuarial valuations for Gratuity & Leaves
- Getting work done through multiple vendors (Payroll / Compliance processes) with complete ownership and accountability
- Respond to queries from team, internal customers, including high level leadership teams.
2. Compensation and Benefits
- Provide inputs for annual performance evaluation discussion to the management
- Ensure timely preparation annual year performance merit increment, promotion letters
- Managing Employee benefits plans - Group Insurance Management (Mediclaim, Personal Accident, GTL)
Salary offered: 10 - 17 LPA
