Manager/Senior Manager - Payments - Online/Internet

We have an urgent role with one of our leading internet based client based in Mumbai.

Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager - Payments

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities

End to end ownership of the Payments function which includes:

- Ensuring that customers have the right payments options to choose from

- Ensuring that payment success rates are high

- Optimizing for PG & other transaction costs

- Managing the Refunds and Recoveries process.

Experience & Education -

- 2+ years in the payments industry

- MBA or equivalent is required

- For candidates from premier business schools, we can relax the minimum experience requirement by 2-3 years

- A mix of experience on the Payment Service Provider (e.g. PGs, Wallets etc.) and eCommerce Clients is preferred

- Detailed understanding of payments operations including omnichannel use cases is a must

- Exposure to Risk Management in payments

- Understanding of trends in both digital and offline payments
