Payment Gateway Sales (BFSI)
Requirement :
- 1 to 6 yrs relevant experience in new client acquisition (hunting role) forBFSI/ NBFC clientele.
- Someone who is currently working with a Fintech (Preferably online payments) and targeting the acquisition for BFSI/NBFC clients
Work location : Bangalore (need to work from Koramangala office) and Mumbai (No office, so WFH)
Designation : Manager/Sr. Manager
Budget : 10-18 LPA Fixed + 1-2 LPA Variable + 98k perks
Preference 1 : Online Payment companies & other payments gateway companies.
Job Description :
What You'll do :
- New customer acquisition in the NBFC / BFSI category and conversion of leads
- Build strong connect with middle and senior management (key decision takers) of NBFCs to generate
business leads
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Customer relationship management
- Build and manage outbound business development pipeline
- Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases
- Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales
- Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence
- A self-starter and who can work in an independent manner end to end closure
What makes you a great fit :
- Must have worked with NBFC / BFSI clientele for sourcing business in a Bank (liability or asset) / Fintech
- Deep understanding of requirements of NBFCs in terms of KYC, collections, disbursements and reconciliation
- Hunting role in previous organisation
- Experience in product focused sales and an organized approach to work
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
- Strong business acumen and product expertise
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
