Manager/Senior Manager - Partnerships & Strategic Alliances - NBFC - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Role Objective:

As the Manager/Sr. Manager - Partnership and Strategic Alliances, you will be the face of the company externally and the SPOC for all communication with Lending partners for co-lending arrangements.

Job Description:

- Onboarding and managing strategic partnerships with banks/NBFCs. Reach out to different lending partners for co-lending opportunities to achieve organization's strategic objectives.

- Responsible for business volumes with each partner and ensuring scale up of partnership

- Ensure complete documentation and agreements are in order and timely updations as required

- Responsible for day to day liaising with lending partners ensuring smooth flow of operations.

- Effectively managing stake holder discussions and a regular connect to drive the initiatives smoothly and create positive synergies.

- Driving integration on all aspects of the strategic partnership across Credit, Operations, Risk Management, Technology and Product

- Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information with management.

- Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation and lending agreements are created with the highest level of accuracy.

- Develop business processes to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

- Achieve target as assigned by the organization on monthly basis through business loans.

Job Specifications:

- Post graduation degree / MBA from Tier 1 Institute.

- 5-6 years of relevant work experience in products/business development & Program Management in financial institutions.

- Working knowledge of Credit/Legal Documentation/Financial Products/Operations.

- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
