Manager/ Sr. Manager - Partner Success
About us:
Arthmate is changing the financing landscape through Finance as a Service across the spectrum of lending via a state of the art, customizable, technology suite. The key responsibility of this role is to manage onboarded partners end to end.
Role & Responsibilities:1. Responsible for delivering revenue KPIs through existing partnerships.
2. Drive the cross sell, risk & technology services charter with existing partners by deepening engagement & thereby leading integration of said services with partners:
a) Tech services
b) Risk services
c) Insurance opportunities
d) Product enhancement/ new product introduction
e) Cross sell of other products such as auto/ gold/ LAP, etc.
3. Build long-term relationships with partners across hierarchies and functions. Direct liaising with CXO level
4. Working closely with partner business teams to understand & maintain industry trends
5. Responsible for engaging with partners to identify new product opportunities & driving them to closure with internal stakeholders such as product/ tech / credit/ ops
6. Negotiate deal constructs, commercials, and agreements, and execute campaigns arising from the deals
7. Manage all relationship interlocks (internal & external) - executive, product development, marketing, delivery (operations)
8. Working closely with partner business teams to understand & maintain industry trends
9. Work on strategic planning with respect to disbursals/ product roadmap, etc
10. Drive formal monthly / quarterly engagements with larger teams at both ends (inc senior management)
11. Managing, tracking & ensuring timely settlements of fees, etc.
12. Monitoring partner performance (being on top of collections, industry news, etc) for health of portfolio.

3. Ability to leverage relationships to drive suitable outcomes
4. Basic understanding of APIs / digital loan journeys
5. Experience in selling SAAS services to fintechs / Financial Institutions
Qualifications :1. 2-6 years of experience in strategic partnerships, sales, or business development, MBA from a reputed institution will be an added advantage
2. Prior experience in a frontline role/ enterprise sales/ alliances in an online domain is preferred or prior experience in managing B2B relationships in NBFCs or in bank / Fintech SAAS companies.
