Manager/Senior Manager - Origination - Real Estate Finance

- Origination of real estate finance deals in Mumbai & Pune locations

- Understanding Developer's funding requirement

- Evaluation and understanding risk in the deals & negotiating term sheets and ensuring customer acceptance to the same.

- Preparing Internal Credit Notes and resolving queries raise by credit team

- Inter facing with internal Credit & Risk and Legal teams, understanding requirements and ensuring seamless communication to meet client requirement

- Facilitating with external agencies for valuation and technical due diligences for the disbursement

- Monitoring project milestones and other conditions subsequent captured in transaction documents

- Client relationship management through the life cycle of the transaction.

- To generate business ideas based on the Market Intelligence & Opportunities thru regular client coverage as part of a business development function.

- To facilitate Credit & Risk assessment, Technical appraisal, Legal Due Diligence, Regulatory & Compliance fulfillment.
