Manager / Sr. Manager - Organisation Development (OD)
This position reporting to Regional Talent Head
Job Purpose:
- The position acts as an organizational development specialist and facilitates OD initiatives across the organization.
- The holder of this role strategizes, develops, implements and administers OD interventions to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
Experience & Skills Required:
1. Master's degree in Human Resources Management\Psychology\Organizational Development or another relevant field.
2. Experience working with executive and senior management teams in complex environments
3. Advanced proficiency in English language is required for this role.
4. Must have previous experience working independently or with minimal supervision.
5. Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong follow-through required.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Assist the organization in areas of change management
2. Develop and implement programs to align workforce with key business initiatives through use of organizational effectiveness interventions.
3. Act as a change agent by providing support and mechanism to implement OD\HR interventions
4. Design and facilitate the implementation of change management programmes to support cultural & organizational change and performance improvement in line with organizational goals and values
5. Partner with business to diagnose potential organizational challenges and develop appropriate solutions
6. Review performance management data and design programs to enhance employee effectiveness
7. Research industry best-practices and customize the same to improve organization effectiveness
8. Manage the process of career and succession planning, key employee retention design, reward & recognition programs, change management, workforce management and development.
9. Identify and monitor company culture so that it supports the project's goals and promotes diverse and inclusive workplace. Assists with employee engagement survey/focus groups across locations to discuss employee concerns and suggestions.
10. Developing and embedding an approach to the evaluation of organizational activities. This should be used to determine the effectiveness of interventions and update/refresh these as required to optimize their beneficial impact.
11. Implementing a holistic, inclusive and engaging approach to people policy and culture development.
