Desired Experience : Someone with Corporate Experience of L&D, OD
Job Role :
- Designing & Developing the OD Programs
- Designing strategically Employee engagement plan that foster and promote a culture of excellence
- Develop & anchor OD Interventions for companies within the group
- At the forefront of implementing employee-centric initiatives across the Firm
- Design & Implementation of various OD Initiatives & Programs by Capturing and Evaluating the effectiveness of the engagement initiatives by running internal and external survey
