- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, change management principles, and the ability to implement strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. The individual will play a key role in guiding the organization through various stages of the OD life cycle, from entry and contracting to diagnosis, intervention, feedback, and continuation, to facilitate growth, development, and success.

- This role plays a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness and talent development initiatives.

- Responsible for spearheading various talent management and organizational development programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and performance across the organization.

Experience to bring with you:

- Proven experience working in Organizational Development or a related field, with a strong understanding of OD principles and practices.

- MUST be able to articulate design / conceptualize and deploy OD life cycle for various

initiatives in OD areas.

- Should be able to articulate how one was able to deploy an org level OD initiative and make it successful. What are the levels for success/ who will be the partners in deployment and what are the pitfalls in executing an OD Intervention.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and group discussions.

- Certification in Organization Development from reputable institutes such as the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS) or Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) will be preferred.

- Certification in change management or other relevant credentials is a plus.

What will you be doing?

- Work with HRBPs and Business Heads to conduct an org-wide analysis, needs identification and collate requirements pertaining to organization development and talent development across functions in line with strategic business priorities. Develop proposals for leadership development initiatives (coaching, mentoring, assessment centres, career path planning etc.),

- Drive the implementation of select talent development and OD initiatives across the organization in partnership with business and HRBPs. Leverage experience/ knowledge to identify any risks and communicate in an advisory capacity to resolve any issues arising during the project.

- Analyze the talent pipeline across the organization in consultation with HRBPs to facilitate the identification of high-potential talent to ensure continuous talent identification for critical roles. Lead the succession planning exercise in conjunction with business by conducting talent review boards to identify critical roles and initiating relevant leadership development initiatives.

- Lead the implementation of organization design, job evaluation and restructuring initiatives in conjunction with business and HRBPs to ensure the organization structure is aligned to the overall business strategy.

- Drive the execution of the annual performance management process (goal setting, annual appraisal, rewards & recognition program) for the organization.

- Create org-level dashboards to track the org-wide progress of initiatives and update management periodically.

- Lead any other HR change management, and HR process re-engineering projects as per business requirements.
