Manager / Sr. Manager Operations Risk Management - Insurance (Mumbai based candidates only)

Requirements :

- Local Candidates from Mumbai

- Having experience in Operations risk with BFSI industry or Internal Audit Exp. with corporates.

Job Purpose :

- To implement the Operational Risk Management framework across all functions to minimize the Operational Risks & Losses and support process reviews for enhanced process performance and process output so that the shareholders capital is utilized in the most efficient manner.

Principal Accountabilities :

- Identify key operations risk for the organisation as per the policy framework

- Develop Operational Loss data base for the organisation

- Develop the framework for Process risk assessment

- Manage outsourcing risk

- Develop module & programme for increasing awareness and provide training to risk Champions & employees on ORM
