Purpose of the Job:
The Operations unit caters to the following activities pertaining to the Urban and Rural business. The candidate is required to ensure compliance against company laid down policy & procedures.
Activities included as follows:
1. Centralized loan booking/disbursement - Developer Finance/Builder Finance/Project Finance (FICCL as well as FIHFCL)
a. In depth knowledge of Developer/Builder/Project Finance with ability to work as a standalone unit.
b. Responsible for Urban loan booking/disbursements - Ensuring compliance of the prevailing checks and controls in the pre-booking & post booking process.
c. Timely and frequent reviews on the loan booking/disbursement process to identify risks and build controls to mitigate the same.
d. Keeping in place a repository for all transactions executed with proper audit trails. Ensure periodic reporting requirements are adhered to.
e. Addressing queries related to such loan booking/disbursement
f. Ensure accurate and timely booking/disbursements without any misses.
2. Record management/Document tracking
a. Handling the record management unit. This Unit caters to the monitoring, storage & archival of records pertains to the Urban business
b. Collateral management for all secured bookings undertaken by the Urban/HFC Loan Booking.
c. Adherence to the Record Management policy of Fullerton India.
d. OTC/PDD/Covenant tracking
3. Centralized Operation
a. Monitoring & appropriation of DSRA (Debt Service Reverse Account)
b. NOC issuance as per sell proceeds
c. Monitoring & tracking TDS receivables from customer
d. Close co-ordination with all business stake holders
e. Monitoring RCSA (Risk Control Self Assessment) activity.

Business & Financial Management - Ensure adherence to TAT
- Minimize scope for OPS loss by ensuring adequate controls & close monitoring
- Provide inputs for audits & RCR units as necessary
Customer Focus - Consistently meet predetermined metrics to achieve business objectives and customer SLAs.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance metrics to the Management.
- Identify and resolve problems as second last point of escalation.
Process / Quality Improvement - Ensure that all procedures and processes are up to date and initiate adjustments if necessary, in line with internal rules and regulations in order to realize effective & efficient procedures and processes.
- Process improvements through implementation of system changes / enhancements and process refinements.
- Ensure compliance to all statutory & regulatory requirements
