Manager/Senior Manager - Operating Model - Consulting Firm

We are recruiting Manager / Senior Manager - Operating Model for leading IT consulting firm.

- The Operating Model and Organization Design team is Business Strategy Practice which focuses on advancing key strategic priorities and objectives of an organization

- Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients, leveraging deep understanding of business strategies and goals impacting operating model strategies

- Build deep understanding of clients' business strategies and goals, and how this shapes their operating model strategies

- Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools

- Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity

- Work with ecosystem partners, help clients reach their sustainability goals through digital transformation.

- Develop relevant financial models to back up a business case

- Desired Candidate Background

- MBA from a tier 1 institute

- Post MBA - 3 + experience in one or more of the following: Target Operating Model, Business Transformation, Shareholder Value Analysis, Organization Strategy, Pricing and Profit Optimization, Growth and Innovation, Strategic Planning
