A. Responsibilities:
1. Spearheading Marketing activities of Commercial projects and spaces
2. Business development - Sourcing and nurturing relationships with Developers, HNIs and office space owners
3. Sourcing corporate clients and building relationships with Corporate occupiers
4. Leading office transactions in the mandated projects and elsewhere
5. Touch base with senior leadership of companies
6. Relationship building with Channel Partners - IPCs and Brokers
B. Preferred skills:
1. Client servicing and BD experience-a must,
2. Knowledge of Mumbai City and various micro-markets
3. Knowledge of commercial real estate in Mumbai
4. Team handling skills
Salary offered - 14-15 LPA
