The incumbent would be responsilble for :
- To carry out R&D activities in all the steps of the innovation process from idea generation till industrialization
- Taking care of all the related action from product, technology, quality and regulatory POV.
- To play a strategical role in the VE project as well as in the support for the new line commissioning from the design to the validation.
- To coordinate with all the function (local and global) involved in the R&D activities is part of the main responsibility of the R&D manager.
- Performance and monitoring of all the studies required to assess the products requirement.
- Recipe and product design Management.
- BOM Validation and Budget.
- Product and process trouble shooting activities.
Person Requirement:
- Graduate/Post graduate in Food Technology/ Science, Dairy Technology/ Science from institutes like CFTRI, ICT, HBTI, NDRI, LIT.
- 7-14 years working with leading food industries which have sizeable R&D.
- Core exposure in Confectionery and R&D.
