Manager/Senior Manager - New Product Development - Bank

Job Description :

- New Product Development, Improvement and Changes in existing product offerings.

- Stakeholder Management (both Internal and Outside stakeholders), Vendor, Technology Team, Operations and Business units.

- Taking necessary approvals from the Project Management Committee, Compliance and the Operations team for new product/process and change in product/process

- Involvement in project planning, UAT, implementation and post production basis co-ordination with internal teams (Operations, IT) and external teams (Vendor, NPCI, UIDAI) till the success of the project

- Responsible for daily managing the ongoing projects and providing complete support in case of exceptions or escalations.

- Managing operations process basis discussions with Operations team, Field team, Vendor and IT teams. Controlling the MIS and forwarding the reports to the Management

- Responsible for effort discussions shared by vendor and processing of vendor payments

Experience :

- Strong experience in Project Management involving technology products, added advantage to candidates working in projects involving Aadhaar Enabled Payments Systems (AEPS), Mirco ATMs and Tab Banking

- Working under stringent deadlines and excellent in reporting
