Manager /Senior Manager - Multinational Engagement - Multiple GAAPS(US/UK/IFRS)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Provide GAAP conversion services to the clients

- Managers would be leading large and complex Accounting Advisory Projects (technical as well as process)along with other solutions

- Provide support to related areas such as US GAAP convergence, new accounting pronouncements and other regulatory changes which impact accounting decisions

- Provide accounting (Indian GAAP/IFRS/US GAAP) trainings to clients

- Write memos/issue papers on accounting issues

- Client facing / account management roles

- Transaction Accounting and reporting - IPO's,CArve Outs,PPA etc

Desired Profile Desired Skills and Experience :

- Qualified Chartered Accountants CA / CPA / ACCA

- 7 -15 years of experience wherein 5 years must be in accounting advisory work, statutory audits due diligence, statutory audit and private equity financial services
