We are looking for an expert M&A professional to work as a Manager / SM M&A with one of our leading consulting client
1) As a M&A Manager, you will assist clients in assessing the strategic fit of a business by analyzing all aspects of a transaction, assessing the projected synergies, project managing the deal cycle, assisting in negotiations, and conducting financial modelling.
2) Developing and implementing strategies, negotiating and executing transactions, and managing post-acquisition integration.
3) Financial analyses including valuation, pro forma merger scenarios, cash flow and liquidity analyses, returns analyses, through development of detailed financial and operating models
4) Manages and executes project integration plans to achieve End State including transitioning staff members to company benefits, payroll, policies, , onboarding, developing processes and training in partnership with HR Business Partners to ensure a successful transfer of capabilities and achievement of desired business objectives
5) Contribute to the development of new assets / IP, thought capital and POVs/Offerings raising the profile of your team and the firm leading to demand generation
Desired Qualification:
a) MBA from a Tier 1 institute with min. 6 + years hands-on experience of working in a consulting firm
b) Ability to work independently with Entrepreneurial mindset of growing the PE/M&A Consulting team and tenacity to deliver challenging targets.
