- The role will own and drive revenue and own bottom-line for the marketplaces business. You will lead the team and guide them to execute both marketing and offers day to day.
- You will work with external and internal stakeholders to align the inputs to deliver the revenue plan as per AOP and drive growth initiatives.
Here's what will be expected out of you every day:
- Ensure revenue is on track as per the daily plan
- Guiding the team to maximise sales potential by finding pockets of growth in marketing
- Ensure the margin deliverables are met
- Own and maintain a day to day working relationship with marketplace (external) stakeholders
- Build cadence on tracking key metrics and inputs with stakeholders
- Own the brand storefront on marketplaces
- Anchor the weekly/monthly reviews with marketplaces
What you would need to do:
- Deliver on Topline and Bottom line deliverables for the business
- Grow the Brand share in relevant categories on marketplaces
- Build efficiency levers in marketing to improve ROI
- Plan for upcoming requirements based on event calendars for market paces and align internal stakeholders for readiness on Inventory, Selection and Operations
