Job Role:
To contribute to the entire spectrum of marketing activities for the business:-
Social, digital, PR & Website
- Monitor and manage presence of key leadership members on LinkedIn (and Twitter) & to leverage engagement opportunities for them
- Develop and execute social media creative campaigns in a systematic manner using social media calendars and other tools- execution and tracking of the campaigns
- Collaborate with design team/agency to build creative assets for social media use.
- Collaborate with teams across KMBL ( WBG ) to harness content ideas and create brainstorming and ideation spaces
- Monitor content on KMBL's website/corporate LinkedIn page
- Capture, conceptualize and write inspiring stories (in the form of blogs/online articles) of KMBL's leadership team, internal & external members to drive content.
- Build and maintain relationships with digital media houses
- Working with internal stakeholders to identify their needs and ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with group marketing and PR to promote and publicize event or leverage key announcements
Events (internal & external)
- Ideation and end-to-end execution of events at a national or regional level
- Innovative ideas of connecting with TG at these events
- Liaison with event management agencies / Bankers / vendors etc
- Reporting and tracking of event performance
Product and Marketing communication
- Work with cross functional teams and assist in providing marketing support with the help of product / service collaterals , developing new product proposition
- Ensure updating of brochures, presentations, online content
Competition tracking
- Agency Management: Work with various agencies/vendors for ideation and execution of Marketing Campaigns
- Creative, media, digital, vendors, content creators etc
- Ensure compliance with key Cross functional teams - legal, compliance etc
- Timely budgeting process, expense tracking and vendor payments
Knowledge and Technical Skills
- End to end campaign & event execution
- Sound marketing basics
- Creative bent of mind/able to ideate and innovate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eye for aesthetics/creatives & proven content writing and copy editing skills
- Understanding of digital and social landscape
- Ability to multi-task, strong sense of urgency of timelines, demonstrable desire to work hard and accept new challenges, strong work ethic, effective people skills and the ability to work in a diverse team
- Strong presentation/communication skills
- Proficiency in building and engaging communities on social media platform
- Familiarity with social analytics tools - Hootsuite, google analytics, bitly's etc.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- MS Office proficiency
Vendor & agency Management
- Understanding of financial markets is at best an advantage. It is by no means a requirement. Greater value is placed on willingness to learn, creativity, people skills and a strong work ethic
