The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Retailer loyalty program and Consumer Service and will drive following key work deliverables:
Retailer loyalty program
- Develop and deploy the Retailer loyalty program to drive business growth.
- Managing program initiatives like International and Domestic trips, factory visits to engage the retailers.
- Design and manage other benefits like insurance and season engagements.
- Development of quarterly and yearly communication with retailers.
- Work closely with agencies and vendors to execute projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Closely monitor and analyze the performance of the program and competition activities.
- Manage the engagement activities with retailers including retailer meets.
Consumer services
- Drive the growth of Painting service business by managing the secondary sales initiatives.
- Take complete ownership of the off-role team in terms of resources, leads and support.
- Provide support in the development of new initiatives under the service.
- Analyze data to identify gaps and drive necessary actions.
Educational Background and Work Experience
Educational & Work Experience :
- Full Time Post Graduate in MBA from a reputed institute with minimum 3+ years of experience in the areas of marketing, sales or business development.
- Demonstrated experience driving initiatives in product, services or loyalty role.
