Manager/Senior Manager - Marketing - Pharma

Graduates (Science Graduates) with Post Graduate from Premier Institutes with excellent communication skills both verbal as well as written. Experience of dealing or exposure to emerging markets or countries like Africa, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, SA, Myanmar will be a big advantage. Open to work for a new set up from scratch for a new business within a well established global Organization. Candidates with experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Strategic planning, Business Analytics, TA knowledge, New Product - Ideation to Launch in a MNC or big Indian pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:

- Develop business strategy

- Work closely with the country brand team to build a Go-To-Market strategy

- Those having experience of managing brands and launches in CNS would be preferred.

- Manage Life cycle by building the brand architecture

- Developing the best of marketing Capabilities

- Plan recommendations to country as well as monitor investment

- Assess promotional effectiveness and suggest country teams accordingly

- Support country teams to identify new areas of growth

- Ability to handle or deal with multiple Stake holders
