As Manager - Marketing, you will have a 360-degree role to play in our marketing strategy and execution. You will be expected to:
- Develop and execute brand strategy
- Build customer insights for its various customer segments and develop innovative and effective marketing strategies to grow business
- Lead the creation/production of inspiring design, content and campaigns that builds the brand and drives prospects - includes both offline and online presence
- Ensure that the brand is strong and consistent in every marketing tactics and the brand standards are maintained across all channels
- Establish a best in class web presence that drives prospect engagement, and supports aggressive lead generation and awareness growth goals
- Build awareness so that is seen as a leader in its field. Build and leverage connections to ensure that influencers within target industries and demographics know and love work
- Develop and track metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and other marketing outcomes

Background
- You hold a Master's degree with specialization in marketing
- You have a minimum of 4-8 years of total work experience with at least 4 years of experience in marketing
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills
- You have thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management, sales and business development; along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance
- You have an ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives
- You have advanced experience working with a variety of traditional and modern marketing and communications functions including: branding and messaging to different target audiences
- You have an understanding of all aspects of print material production; development and implementation of offline marketing plans; and working with the press and other related media outlets
